Request Toys for the Children Your Organization Serves

Josephine County Toys for Tots is proud to work with local nonprofit organizations that serve children and families throughout our community.

Eligible nonprofit organizations may submit a request for toys to assist children they serve during the Christmas season. Please read the information below before completing your request.

Before You Apply

Please be prepared to provide information about your organization, including:

• Organization name and contact information
• Primary contact person
• Information about the population your organization serves
• Number of children you are requesting assistance for
• Ages and genders of the children being served
• How the toys will be distributed
• Any additional information that will help us understand your organization’s needs

Please provide complete and accurate information. Our campaign team may contact you if additional information or documentation is needed.

Important Information About Toy Requests

Josephine County Toys for Tots relies on the generosity of our community. The toys available to nonprofit organizations are based solely on the donations and inventory available to our local campaign.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, a specific quantity of toys, or particular types of toys.

Requests will be reviewed based on available inventory, the number of children being served, campaign resources, and the overall needs of our community.

If approved, your organization may receive all or only a portion of the toys requested.

Toys Must Be Provided Free of Charge

All toys received through Josephine County Toys for Tots must be distributed free of charge directly to the children your organization serves.

Toys may not be sold, raffled, auctioned, exchanged, used as fundraising items, or used for the personal benefit of employees, volunteers, or representatives of the requesting organization.

After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation that it has been successfully received.

Initial correspondence regarding nonprofit toy requests is expected to begin around December 1st.

Please monitor the email address provided on your application, including your spam and junk folders. If additional information is needed, our team will contact you.

If your request is approved, you will receive additional information regarding the number of toys available, pickup instructions, dates, times, and any additional requirements.

By submitting this request to Josephine County Toys for Tots, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that submitting a request does not guarantee approval, assistance, or a specific number or type of toys. All requests are reviewed by the Josephine County Toys for Tots campaign team and are subject to eligibility, available inventory, community donations, and campaign resources.

I understand that all toys and gifts provided through Toys for Tots are based solely on items donated to or otherwise made available to the campaign. Specific toys, brands, characters, electronics, gift values, or requested items cannot be guaranteed.

I certify that the information provided in this request is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I am authorized to submit this request on behalf of the nonprofit organization listed.

I agree that any toys or gifts received from Josephine County Toys for Tots will:

• Be distributed free of charge to eligible children served by our organization.
• Not be sold, raffled, auctioned, exchanged, or used for fundraising purposes.
• Not be used for personal benefit by staff, volunteers, or representatives of the requesting organization.
• Be used only for the charitable purpose described in this request.
• Be distributed in a fair and appropriate manner to the children our organization has requested assistance for.

I understand that Josephine County Toys for Tots may request additional information or documentation before approving or fulfilling this request.

If our request is approved, I agree to follow all pickup, distribution, documentation, and reporting instructions provided by the local campaign. I understand that failure to follow these requirements may affect my organization's eligibility for current or future assistance.

I understand that initial correspondence regarding nonprofit requests is expected to begin around December 1st, and that our organization is responsible for monitoring the email address provided on this request, including spam or junk folders.

I understand that approval may be for all, part, or none of the requested assistance, depending on available donations and the needs of the local campaign.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the statements above and that I am authorized to accept these terms on behalf of the requesting organization.
