Planning a community event, fundraiser, holiday celebration, toy drive, or other special gathering?
Josephine County Toys for Tots welcomes opportunities to partner with local businesses, organizations, schools, churches, and community groups to help spread the Toys for Tots mission and collect toys for children throughout Josephine County.
If you would like Toys for Tots to attend, participate in, or support your event, please complete the request form below.

Depending on availability and campaign needs, Toys for Tots participation may include:

Every event is different. Please clearly explain what you are requesting from our local campaign.

The holiday season is an extremely busy time for our campaign. Our staff and volunteers participate in community events while also collecting toys, managing donations, preparing family packages, and coordinating Christmas distribution.
We strongly encourage event requests to be submitted as early as possible.
Requests with limited notice may be difficult for our team to accommodate.

After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation that your event request has been successfully received.
Our campaign team will review the event details, requested participation, date and time, staffing requirements, and our current campaign schedule.
Submitting an event request does not guarantee participation or approval.
If your request is approved, a member of our team will contact you to confirm our participation and coordinate any additional details.
If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the information provided on your request.
If we are unable to participate, you will also be notified.
